Welcome to QuickSkill, a distribution portal for the QuickSkill boilerplate, operated as a project of SNTRVN ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website at https://quickskill.sntrvn.space ("Portal") and its services, you agree to these Terms.
Description of the service
The Portal lets an approved or paying customer register, activate access, connect a GitHub account, and receive an invitation to the private QuickSkill source repository ("the Software"), along with setup documentation.
Founding access requests
Submitting an access request does not guarantee an invitation. We may approve requests individually while founding capacity is limited. If approved, the invite is personal to the requested email address and may be activated once.
Ownership and license to the delivered code
Upon successful payment or approval, you receive a GitHub invitation with read-only access to the private source repository. You may clone the Software and use your own copy to build and ship products. Your rights to use, modify, and distribute the Software are governed by the commercial license at /license, not by these Terms. In summary: you may build and ship products using the Software; you may not resell, relicense, or redistribute the Software itself as a competing product or boilerplate.
Repository visibility
We keep the source repository private, and it must remain private. Public redistribution is not permitted under the license at /license — do not change the repository's visibility to public.
Payments and refunds
Founding access may be offered without charge. When paid access is available, payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe and we do not store your card details. If paid provisioning fails and cannot be completed after a reasonable retry period, contact hello@sntrvn.space for a refund.
Account and GitHub connection
You are responsible for the GitHub account you connect. We verify your GitHub identity and installation before creating a repository; connecting an account you do not control, or attempting to link an already-connected GitHub account to a second portal account, is not permitted.
Data we collect
We collect your email address, authentication data, payment metadata (via Stripe; we do not see full card numbers), and your GitHub login/identifiers, as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy for details.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SNTRVN's place of operation.
Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
